How does your pricing work?
We offer simple square foot pricing. Our standard rates cover high-precision PDF-to-print services for contractors and small businesses in Grand Rapids.
How long does a typical turnaround take? Do you provide after hours service?
Most standard print jobs can be completed and available same day if submitted before 1:00 pm. Existing customers are eligible for after hours pickup. Large volume orders may not be available for same day pickup.
What file formats do you accept? Are there limitations to the print size you provide?
We accept high-resolution, flattened, full-size PDF files. Typical print sizes for plans are 24"x36" or 18"x24" but we are able to print as wide as 36" and almost any print length. Contact us for custom sizes.
Are there any hidden fees? Do you provide delivery?
Our standard service includes all costs for local Grand Rapids pickup. We do not offer delivery at this time.
How do I submit my files?
Simply email your files to us at printme@buildprintsgr.com. Please let us know which pages to bind into a set and how many total sets you need. If your prints are in color and you want them printed in B/W, please indicate that in the email. We will reply with a quote and any questions we may have.
How do you handle payment?
We provide an invoice for every print job. Payment is due upon pickup for one-off purchases. We accept cash and checks in person. Billing/Invoicing is available for established accounts on file.

What happens to my submitted print files?
All submitted print files are kept confidential. We will purge all your print files upon request.
